While many people may recognize Shannon Beador as one of the stars of The Real Housewives of Orange County, the reality star has recently branched out and is now an entrepreneur, with her very own healthy food line available from QVC. The goal of the reality star’s new business venture is to help people completely rethink their approach to healthy eating, even as she shares what benefits her new project has been able to afford her.

Shannon Beador’s healthy food line is known as Real for Real Cuisine, and it is available through QVC, with meals that average 450 calories and under. While the inspiration for her healthy meal line stems from her desire to open up a restaurant, with some of the personal issues that Beador has dealt with that dream had to be pushed to the back burner, at least for now. However, with her Real for Real Cuisine, the reality star gets the chance to share with the world, affordable foods that are not only still healthy, but also have a lot of flavor.

Tune in to see my friend Shannon Beador launch her new food line Real For Real Cuisine on QVC today between 5 PM and 6 PM EST. Use this link to check her out: https://t.co/r5Hh6abLNi pic.twitter.com/F2GqAp9JKV

In a recent interview with Bravo’s The Daily Dish, Shannon Beador explained that she really believes that everyone can make, “smarter choices without sacrificing the flavor and depriving yourself.” As someone who has struggled with her weight in the public eye, Beador shared that she needed to make a lifestyle change because of her age, and she realized there was no need to starve in order to lose the weight. Part of making smart decisions was about “creating a healthy balance” when it came to her diet and while it is not necessary to eat healthy 100 percent of the time, one must still make the right choices with their diet.

The Real for Real Cuisine line launched with three meals to start with and while there are plans to expand the line, Shannon Beador said that these are meals that she actually does make at home for herself and her three children. Beador explained that they do not get fast food, and instead, she cooks every night. With the arrival of her new cuisine line, this helps the reality star to make things easier at times as well because if she needs to she can supplement cooking with her prepared meals.

Beyond the fact that the Real for Real Cuisine line is not only beneficial to Shannon Beador in terms of preparing meals at home, there have been other benefits to the project. The reality star is apparently getting to spend more time with her family in the kitchen because she is getting to create these meals and figure out what her favorite recipes are so they can be shared with other people. Even her girls are a part of the process, as she gets them to try the different meals and offer their thoughts on the finished product.

Had an incredible day @qvc ! ❤️ Real For Real Cuisine is officially launching April 18! ? So excited!! #pinchingmyself #womenarestrong?

Ultimately, cooking is something that Shannon Beador loves to do and she admits that it is something that she cherishes, which is why even when she has groups come over for dinner parties, she is the one in the kitchen making the meal. The RHOC star said that she enjoys entertaining when friends and family come over because she sees it as a labor of love and she knows that the people in her life appreciate the time, effort, and work that went into making a meal for everyone to share.

While April 18 is her debut on QVC, Shannon Beador is not the first of the Real Housewives to join the shopping network’s family. Although she did not get outside advice from the other ladies, she has gotten plenty of support and has been warmly welcomed into the QVC family by people such as Lisa Rinna, who is a housewife on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and has a successful fashion line on the shopping channel.

Shannon Beador may just be launching her Real for Real Cuisine Line, but with her love of cooking and desire to share healthy and flavorful meals with the world, it is likely that this will be the first of many endeavors from the RHOC star. Now it is just a matter of waiting to see what comes next.
